A year and a half ago, I weighed a staggering 90kg with 31% body fat. I was classified as clinically obese, and if I had continued down that path, I would have been at serious risk for diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes before the age of 30. Thankfully, as of today in 2025, I’ve managed to turn things around—I now weigh 64kg with 17% body fat. But my journey wasn’t as smooth as it sounds.
At the same time I was making this realization about my health, my family was facing an incredibly emotional and difficult challenge—my mother was diagnosed with stage 3 triple-negative breast cancer. It was a tough period for us, and we struggled to adopt a healthier lifestyle together. My dad took it especially hard and began to develop health issues of his own, including high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
Through all this turmoil, I had an epiphany—one of deep regret for neglecting not only my own health but also the well-being of my loved ones. I realized that something had to change because my family needed me. I started researching extensively, diving deeper into the world of nutrition, and eventually discovered the incredible benefits of health-based cold-pressed juices.
Fast forward to today, I’m incredibly grateful to say that my mother is now cancer-free, and my dad has significantly improved his health—losing 20kg and bringing his blood sugar levels back to normal within just 3 to 6 months. Witnessing these life-changing transformations firsthand inspired me to create this brand—a brand built on the power of real, nutrient-dense, cold-pressed juices designed to nourish, heal, and revitalize from the inside out.
